ՀՀ Գլխավոր դատախազության միջանցքներում ոստիկանների դեմ հարուցված Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործերի շուրջ զրույցներում հաճախակի կարելի է լսել «Գյուղապետ» բառը, որպես հատուկ անուն:

Երբ հետաքրքրվում ես, թե ում մասին է խոսքը, պարզվում է, որ դատախազությունում եւ ՀՔԾ-ում այդ կոդավորված անունով կոչում են ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Ալիկ Սարգսյանին: Ավելին, եթե որեւէ մեկը ոստիկանապետի մասին խոսելիս նրա անունն է նշում, ապա կարող է հնչել «ո՞ր Ալիկը» ճշտող հարցը: Իսկ «Գյուղապետի» դեպքում հավելյալ պարզաբանման կարիք չի լինում:
